Roanoke Rapids Static Bring Collegiate Summer Baseball to Roanoke Rapids, NC

Roanoke Rapids, NC – Baseball is back in a big way as the Roanoke Rapids Static officially announce their arrival in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. The Static will compete in the Old North State League and call historic Doyle Field their home beginning this upcoming season.

The Roanoke Rapids Static will be a collegiate summer wood-bat team, providing high-level competition while giving fans affordable, family-friendly entertainment all summer long. The team will feature top collegiate players from across the country, bringing an exciting brand of baseball to the heart of Halifax County.

Doyle Field, one of North Carolina’s most historic baseball venues, will serve as the backdrop for the Static’s inaugural season. Known for its rich baseball tradition and intimate atmosphere, the stadium will once again come alive with the sights and sounds of summer baseball.
